Good value for the money. Room was clean and beds OK. Good subway connections to JFK and Manhattan. The hotel had obviously read these comments, because the orange juice was certainly not watered down too much, it was this time really concentrated! I could add some water to make it perfect!
The neighborhood is not great but not particularly scary either. When it is dark it is better to use taxi. Simple breakfast.

The room was clean and good enough for money I paid for it. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is not bad, 5-10min from midtown, manhattan and 2min walk from the subway station.
Internet is really slow, I couldn't even use it for more than 10 min. Breakfast lounge had only few tables, not everyone can sit and enjoy their meals. Selection was very limited as well. and most importantly, the hotel is located in very unpleasant neighborhood. If you are a lady travelling alone, do not even think about staying in this hotel!!!!

The hotel was ina good location to get in and out of New York really easily.
There was not enough room for breakfast, it got extremely busy as there was a limited amount of tables and chairs.

Nice and budget hotel, perfect for exploring the city (close to the subway). It offers also breakfast and internet connection, which is great. We loved it :))
in general I don't have complaints at all..

Excellent location from logistic point of view (Times Sq just 14 minutes away, on foot and 10 minutes on metro), but the road from the hotel till the Metro station dirty and very suburb (otherwise we felt it safe during daytime and early evening). The hotel staff are kind, helpful and professional. So I believe it’s great value for that price in New York almost in Manhattan.

the hotel is just fine. location is good (100 yards from queensbridge subway stop on F line, just two stops from manhattan), staff is friendly and comfort is ok.
they just need to change the carpet along he aisles (at least on the seventh floor) that was very worn out). other thaen that everything went just fine.

The beds are divine...and the shower head gives great jets of water that massages your body, esp. after long days of trekking around NYC
Nothing really....maybe more options for breakfast, but then again, you are paying cheap rates (for proximity to NYC) and you can always pick up more at Deli's and shops near the hotel.

big rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathroom... good price, easy to go to Manhattan by metro.
The breakfast is in a really small space, always crowded. There is nothing to do close to the hotel, and the area is not very nice... but fair enough with regards to the price of the rooms!!

The towels looked dirty - not sure if they were but they had brown stains on them.

The room is large and comfortable. The hotel is located 3 blocks far from the subway station, and 2 stations from Manhattan.
The breakfast room is very small. The neighborhood is very poor, but seems not to be unsafe. The parking lot is not enough for the number of rooms, and the places are shared with another hotel!!!! The room is clean but the common areas are dirty

Reasonably priced and just 10 minutes including walk to Times Square. The room was nice and staff was very accomodating. I looked at lots of hotels and found this to be the best value.
The carpet in the halls really need to be cleaned or replaced. The rooms were fine but get a carpet cleaner for the hall!

Very Close to Manhattan.
They Need to improve the TV cable. The signal was bad and had poor channels.
