The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained, equipped with a great breakfast. the fresh linens were a nice touch, and the Manhattan view was as described. the remote location of this low-cost hotel was a bonus.

The location was absolutely perfect, in a commercial neighborhood that is in transition. I randomly popped into Packard Cafe and Grill serving some pastries, located not too far away from the hotel, it was nice. - the food at continental breakfast was savory.

This hotel was great place for exploring New York City, really enjoyed it and property’s particularly helpful and exceptionally attentive staff at check-out. The location was comfy and perfect in the very popular area👍

The staff was extremely helpful and very amiable, we got their full attention. the location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, not far from the subway and the underground which takes to Times Square in 15-20 minutes. Went to Dutch Kills Centraal for a drink or two, set just a short walk away from the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and made my vacation very enjoyable; the continental breakfast had fresh food and there is also a nice restaurant on-site.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Yani on reception, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being only a 2-minute walk from the subway. This made it super convenient for getting into Manhattan, as it only took about 10 minutes. Despite the neighborhood not being the best, I never once felt unsafe during my stay.
